MEP Rough-In Works
Commencement of all rough-in MEP works across floors B2 to Level 10 including conduit installation, duct work, and plumbing pipework.

HVAC Plant & BMS Installation
Chilled water plant commissioned on roof level. BMS integration and control panel installation completed for all mechanical systems.

Interior Fit-Out & Finishing
Full interior fit-out commenced on all office floors. Marble flooring, gypsum false ceilings, partition walls, and all finishing works completed.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover
All systems tested and balanced. Full commissioning completed with O&M manuals and as-built drawings submitted. Successful handover to client.
