Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
Handle subcontractor valuations and payment certificates.
Track project costs, variations, and change orders.
Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.
Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
Negotiate rates with suppliers and subcontractors.
Support claims and dispute resolution documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
4+ years in construction QS, preferably in MEP.
Proficiency in cost management software.
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
Strong analytical skills.
UAE experience preferred.
